PRIVACY

(1)  This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (Google). Google Analytics uses so-called cookies, text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website (including your IP address) is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity for website operators and to provide other services related to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties if required to do so by law or if third parties process this data on Google's behalf. Under no circumstances will Google associate your IP address with other data stored by Google. You can prevent the installation of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly; we would like to point out to you however that in this case you can if applicable not use all functions of this website in full. By using this website, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google in the manner and for the purposes set out above.

(2)  This website uses plugins from the social network facebook.com, which is operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ("Facebook"). If you call up websites on our website that have such a plugin, a connection to the Facebook servers is established and the plugin is displayed on the website by notifying your browser. This transmits to the Facebook server which of our websites you have visited. If you are logged in as a member of Facebook, Facebook assigns this information to your personal Facebook user account. When using the plugin functions (e.g. clicking the "Like" button, posting a comment), this information is also assigned to your Facebook account, which you can only prevent by logging out before using the plugin. You can find more information about the collection and use of data by Facebook, your rights in this regard and options for protecting your privacy in Facebook's data protection information.

When initiating, concluding, processing and reversing a purchase contract, data is collected, stored and processed by the provider within the framework of the statutory provisions.

The provider assures that he will not otherwise pass on the customer's personal data to third parties, unless the provider is legally obliged to do so, or the data is useful for the collection of the provider's claims or the customer has expressly consented in advance. Insofar as the provider uses the services of third parties to carry out and handle processing, the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act are observed.

Personal data communicated to the provider via its website will only be stored until the purpose for which it was entrusted to it has been fulfilled. Insofar as commercial and tax law retention periods have to be observed, the duration of the storage of certain data can be up to 10 years.

If the customer no longer agrees to the storage of his personal data or if this has become incorrect, the provider will arrange for the deletion, correction or blocking of the customer data within the framework of the statutory provisions on the basis of a corresponding instruction. Upon request, the customer will receive information free of charge about all personal data that the provider has stored about the customer. For questions about the collection, processing or use of the customer's personal data for information, correction, blocking or deletion of data, the customer can contact Nina Siutz Photography:  photoart.nina@gmx.eu  to turn.

Insofar as the provider refers or links to the websites of third parties from its website, the provider cannot guarantee or assume any liability for the correctness or completeness of the content and the data security of these websites. Since the provider has no influence on compliance with data protection regulations by third parties, the customer should check the data protection declarations offered in each case separately.
